I live in Seattle, WA and needed to send condolences to a dear friend in New York. I chose Blue Water after a google search and also due to proximity and quick overview of their site/ reviews. I was unfamiliar with sending flowers from such a distance and felt uneasy. However Blue Water did a fantastic job with follow ups after my online order. First, I received a confirmation email promptly. The next day (the day scheduled for delivery), I received another email with an actual picture of the flower saying it was ready to go. That was a critical follow up and loved it! My friend did ending up receiving it. This was a sensitive/sentimental 'gift' and Thank you Blue Waters for making this a seamless process. All the way from Seattle!

Beautiful arrangement and promptly delivered although the actual color range was stronger than the soft pastels illustrated in the example, especially the pinks. Not the muted soft pastels expected when ordered, buy still beautifully arranged and appreciated by the recipient.
