I want to start by saying how grateful I am to have found a florist so thoughtful and caring as yours. Your whole team rocks! Yesterday was my sister's birthday and I was not sure if your company would be able to delivered flowers the same day. Two things came to mind that I knew it would make it difficult, one was it was a last minute order and two the weather. But Peter made it happen, he called me to let me know that there was a possibility that the delivery might not happen because of the bad weather. But he did say they could deliver the flowers no later than tomorrow. To my surprise, I received a text from my sister thanking me for the lovely flowers she received on her birthday. Also the pictures she sent of the flowers were amazing, they were gorgeous!. I believe this could not have been possible if Peter and the team did not go beyond the call of duty. My bouquet arrived on time and it was better than i expected. It's lovely and i would use Blue Water Flowers service again.
